Items on sale promotion and discounted merchandise included coupon code used and launching products are Final Sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged. There will be no exchange and/or refund for any item after the purchase is made.

Any exchange or refund of goods can only be made within 14 days from the purchase date.

Note: Exchange and refund will only be approved upon inspection and permission. Please note that all the extra charges incurred in an exchange or return (ex.shipping cost, duties, and taxes) is the customer’s own responsibility. This includes the requirement to pay the additional re-shipping fee.  We will exchange items that have returned to us within 7 days from the received date and subjected to the availability of the stocks.

All returned items must be in unused condition, with the original packaging. Go Global Supply will not accept any returned merchandise without a valid Return Authorization. Customers are recommended to use a delivery service with a tracking system.
